Graduated in Electrical Engineering from INTESP. MBA in Project Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation. He is currently studying for a master's degree in energy storage systems with lithium batteries at UNESP. With over 12 years' experience in electricity transmission and distribution, he is currently part of the technical group developing the first transmission-level energy storage system in Latin America, with a capacity of 30MW and 60MWh of energy. He is responsible for defining the evaluation criteria and building the maintenance plan for ISACTEEP's BESS system.

Accredited Professor in the Postgraduate Program in Electrical Engineering at the Bauru School of Engineering (FEB - UNESP). He has acted as coordinator of various Aneel R&D projects. His interests include intelligent systems, transformers, fraud detection in electrical systems, energy storage and power quality.

He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP-FEIS) and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). He has been an engineer at CPQD in the Energy Systems area since 2008, working as a researcher and technical coordinator on R&D projects with technologies related to energy storage, electric mobility, photovoltaic systems (on and off-grid), power quality and the Smart Grid.
